Terms of Services
Overview
These terms govern the working relationship between MAJER UNLTD and any client engaging our integrated marketing and global public relations services. By proceeding with a proposal, invoice, or verbal agreement to work with us, you agree to these terms.

Our Services
MAJER UNLTD provides integrated marketing, public relations, strategic communications, and related services including but not limited to brand strategy, paid campaigns, social media management, content marketing, SEO, media relations, press placements, crisis communications, thought leadership, event PR, and OOH advertising. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be outlined in a project proposal or service agreement prior to any work beginning.
Payments and Invoicing
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery or at a milestone agreed upon in your proposal. We have vendors, partners, and media costs tied to your campaigns and that deposit structure exists to protect the integrity of your project from day one.
Retainer clients are billed in full at the start of each billing cycle before work commences for that period.
Press and media services are paid in full upfront, no exceptions. Media placements, wire services, and press-related vendor costs are secured on your behalf immediately and cannot be reversed.
We accept bank transfer, major credit cards, and flexible payment options through Afterpay and similar buy now pay later services where available. Late payments may result in paused deliverables and a late fee. We will always communicate clearly before any work is affected.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time. The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If cancellation occurs after additional work has been completed beyond the deposit scope, you will be invoiced for that work at our standard rate. Any vendor costs already committed on your behalf are also non-refundable and will be passed through to you.
MAJER UNLTD reserves the right to terminate an engagement due to non-payment, non-responsiveness, abusive behavior, or failure to meet agreed terms. All completed work and intellectual property remains the property of MAJER UNLTD until payment is settled in full.
Upon cancellation the following apply:
The deposit is non-refundable. You will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the deposit. Unfinished or unpaid creative materials may not be used in any capacity.
Confidentiality and NDA
Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential. Any business information, creative strategies, campaign plans, press contacts, vendor relationships, pricing, or proprietary materials shared during an engagement will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
MAJER UNLTD will never share your business information, data, or strategies with outside parties. We expect the same in return regarding our processes, pricing, vendor relationships, and internal methods.
If either party requires a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the start of an engagement, we are happy to execute one. Please request this before sharing any sensitive materials and we will have it prepared promptly.
Intellectual Property
All creative work, strategies, and materials produced by MAJER UNLTD remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. Upon full payment all agreed deliverables transfer to the client. Any work created beyond the agreed scope requires a separate agreement..
Communication
We believe in clear, respectful, and timely communication. Our team will always keep you informed about your project status. We ask that clients respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or information within a reasonable timeframe to keep projects on schedule. Delays caused by client non-responsiveness do not affect agreed payment terms.
Limitation of Liability
MAJER UNLTD is not liable for results dependent on third party platforms, media outlets, or external factors beyond our control. We commit to executing every engagement with full expertise and intention but cannot guarantee specific outcomes from press, paid media, or organic efforts as these are influenced by factors outside our direct control.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any active client engagements will be notified of material changes directly.
